Terms of service
Commissions
Each commission is confirmed in writing with its scope, date and fee. Prices exclude VAT.
Booking and deposit
A deposit of 50% of the fee is due on booking and secures the date. The balance is due on delivery of the gallery.
Cancellation
Cancellation within 48 hours of the shoot is charged at 50% of the fee. Earlier cancellations are free of charge.
Weather
Where weather prevents the intended light, the shoot is rescheduled at no cost.
Licence and copyright
You receive a licence to use the images and film for marketing the property — online, print and social — for as long as you market it. Copyright stays with the studio. Other uses are by agreement.
