What we collect
When you send an enquiry we store the details you enter: name, agency or company, email, phone if given, property location, approximate value, package, preferred timing and your message.
Why
Solely to reply to your enquiry and prepare a commission (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR — steps prior to a contract). We do not sell or share your details, and we send no marketing.
How long
Enquiries that do not lead to a commission are deleted after twelve months. Client records are kept as long as tax law requires.
Your rights
You may ask to access, correct or delete your data, or object to its use, by writing to hello@theivorystudio.com. You may also complain to the Portuguese data protection authority (CNPD).
