Property film
Property film and Reels for luxury listings in Portugal
Signature Film is a 60–90 second cinematic film of the house, with three vertical cuts for Instagram and Reels, from €1,600. It includes everything in Signature Photo and is delivered within seven working days.
Film is for the residences that need to be felt, not only seen: the way light moves through a room, the sound of the sea from the terrace, the order in which a buyer would discover the house.
What you receive
- A 60–90 second film in landscape format
- Three vertical cuts for Instagram, Reels and stories
- Everything in Signature Photo: thirty images and the twilight exterior
- Licensed music, cleared for marketing the property
Estate, from €2,800 and tailored to the property, adds aerial, lifestyle scenes and a short introduction filmed with the listing agent.
Why agents use film to win mandates
Sellers of exceptional homes choose their agent by the marketing they see. A considered film and a set of Reels do more than present one house: they show the next seller what you would do with theirs.
We deliver the vertical cuts ready to post, so the listing can launch on the day the gallery arrives.
How a film is made
The film is planned with the stills, on the same day, by the same eye. We decide the route through the house in advance, shoot slow, stabilised movement, and hold each frame long enough for a viewer to settle into it.
There is no voice-over unless you want one. For Estate commissions, the agent can introduce the house on camera in a few unhurried lines.
Delivery
Film is delivered within seven working days of the shoot, in the same private gallery as the images. You receive a licence to use it for marketing the property online, in print and on social for as long as you market it. Copyright stays with the studio.
