How quickly can you shoot and deliver?

Usually within a week of booking. Images in five working days, film in seven; 48-hour delivery on request.

You receive a licence to use the images and film for marketing the property - online, print and social - for as long as you market it. Copyright stays with the studio.

Which areas do you cover?

Cascais, Estoril, Quinta da Marinha, Guincho, Sintra and the Lisbon coast. Comporta and the Algarve on request.

The Ivory Studio | Luxury Property Photography & Film

A property is not sold on a floor plan. It is sold on a feeling - the light at seven in the evening, the way a room holds the sea, the sense that a life could begin here.

We make that feeling visible.

The Ivory Studio is a private photography studio working exclusively with the finest homes on the coast between Lisbon and Cascais. We do not photograph listings. We compose portraits of residences - for the agencies, developers, and owners who understand that the image is the first, and often the only, impression a buyer will ever have.

The Studio

Every commission is conceived as a single production and led by one eye, start to finish. Editorial stills, the twilight hour, aerial perspective, and - where the property calls for it - film that lets a buyer walk through before they arrive.

A limited number of residences each month.

It is the only way to hold the standard, and it is why we are selective about the homes we accept.

Signature Photo

from €650

Thirty edited images and the twilight exterior. Delivered as a private gallery within five working days. For apartments and villas where the light does the selling.

Signature Film

from €1,600

Everything in Signature Photo, plus a 60–90 second cinematic film and three vertical cuts for Instagram and Reels. For residences that need to be felt, not only seen.

Estate

from €2,800 · tailored to the property

Film, stills and aerial, with lifestyle scenes and a short introduction filmed with the listing agent. For estates, trophy homes and new developments.

Additions such as extra aerial, twilight sessions and floor plans are included in your proposal. Prices exclude VAT.

We work with residences from around €1M. Developers and agencies with recurring work: ask about a studio agreement.

The studio grew out of image-making for luxury hospitality and travel - among them Belmond's Mount Nelson and Black Tomato - where the brief was never simply to document a place, but to make people long for it. We bring the same discipline to the homes of the Portuguese Riviera.
