What a commission includes

Signature Photo is thirty edited images and the twilight exterior. The set is planned around the house: the rooms that carry the sale, the details that show how it was built, and the views that explain why it stands where it does.

Signature Film adds a 60–90 second film and three vertical cuts, from €1,600. Estate brings film, stills and aerial together for larger properties, from €2,800 and tailored to the property.

How we photograph a house

We work with the light the house already has. Rooms are photographed when the sun is off the glass and the sea is still visible beyond it. Verticals stay straight, and colour stays close to what the eye sees on the day.

We would rather show fewer rooms well than every room at once. Before the shoot we agree a short shot list with the agent or owner, and a timing that puts the main façade and the terrace in their best light.

Preparation

When you book, we send a short preparation guide. In most homes it comes down to clear surfaces, every bulb working, beds made in plain linen, cars out of the drive and the pool clean and full.

Delivery and licensing

Images arrive in a private gallery within five working days; 48-hour delivery is available on request. You receive a licence to use the images for marketing the property - online, print and social - for as long as you market it. Copyright stays with the studio.

Who it is for

Agencies, developers and private owners with residences from around €1M in Cascais, Estoril, Quinta da Marinha, Sintra, Lisbon and Comporta. Developers and agencies with recurring work can ask about a studio agreement.
